今年第一款印度大吉嶺夏摘茶終於來到香茶房了！
這款來自 Phuguri莊園的 Moonlight 茶，來自六月初某個天色良好的
#月圓之夜，採茶工人一夜將吸收過月光精華的茶葉都採下來，製成茶。今年這個茶，帶淡雅的麝香葡萄和棗甜，口感滑而不苦澀。
老闆建議用中式蓋碗來泡這個茶，可以泡出茶的層次
泡法︰
4克茶葉
攝氏 90度的熱水，100毫升
茶葉放碗，注水，泡一分鐘
倒出
可泡三四遍
這款 Phuguri Moonlight 較去年的同款茶淡了一點，所以價錢也低一點，只可以說是抵飲。
去年的 Phugure Moonlight 有不少回頭客，只剩約 1kg。
濃淡由人，隨個人喜好。

This tea is harvested at 2am in full moon night on early Jun.
Phuguri Moon light has very elegant Muskatel Flavor with smooth taste and no bitterness.
I would recommend to brew “Chinese tea style” rather than “English Tea style” .

Aroma of this year’s tea is much more gentle than last year.
However it is much more reasonable price.
Last year’s Moon light is only 1kg left.
