介紹埋呢款 2020年嘅單欉春茶︰單欉紅茶
不少飲開紅茶的客來到香茶房，見到「單欉紅茶」都會問︰「乜單欉都有紅茶嘅咩？」是的，鳳凰單欉多屬半發酵茶，不過這款茶農特別將之深度發酵的單欉，結果是果味豐滿，帶杏脯﹙Apricot﹚的味道。
今年的單欉紅茶，初試時已跟老闆對望而說︰點解咁似「大吉嶺茶」？？特別係帶有那種Muscatel Flavor ，果味除了杏脯，尾段還有淡淡荔枝味道，顯出這是來自南方中國的茶。中國的紅茶﹙如祁門、英德或滇紅等﹚，甘甜得來很「斯文」的味道。但這款南方的紅茶，果味盎然，令人喝到春天理應有的活潑的氣息。所以我們在幾個批次的單欉紅茶中就挑了這一批茶葉嘞。
這款紅茶來自 83歲的蜜蘭香茶樹，共有 4公斤茶樹。

Very high quality “Phoenix Black Tea”

Normally Chinese black tea is sweet and calm in taste and aroma, but not so strong “impact” on taste compared to other black tea.
However this year’s “Phoenix Black tea “ has that impact on taste like Darjeeling‘s “Muscatel Flavor “.
We have tried last year and also this year’s other lots of the tea, but we did not find “that taste” from other lots.
This black tea is produced from 83years old 蜜蘭香.
