老闆正在富山縣高岡市，那裏也有出產著名的鐵製茶壼，用來煲水的「鉄瓶」。
他剛參觀了「#高岡鉄瓶」工房。
跟東北的「南部鐵器」相比，高岡鐵瓶的設計及造型較優雅，也輕便，這大概與高岡鐵瓶用於茶道儀式中有關。
每個高岡鉄瓶都經過不同師傅的雙手及多個步驟，才製作完成。
片中的步驟係在鉄瓶的表面鍍上一層氧化的鐵，形成保護層，防止壼身生銹，以致滲漏，也成為一重裝飾。

This is the process of coating and coloring on our side body of the kettle.
