因着氣候原因及精工關係，這款茶今年只有7公斤產量，老闆悉數買了7斤回來。即全世界只有香茶在賣這個茶嘞。
這茶味道細緻，帶花蜜味道。除了泡好後的茶香，這款茶的茶身雄厚（但不苦澀），入口帶甜及陣陣的花香及果甜。而且茶味悠久。
這款茶適合傳統英式茶泡法（5分鐘）及中式蓋碗泡法：前者泡法你可以一次過喝出茶的層次；用中式蓋碗短時間但泡多次的方式，則可像剝洋蔥般喝出茶不同層次的味道。大概是極品上佳的茶才能用不同的方式去品嘗。

Without doubt , this is the best tea of this year’s Darjeeling tea I have tasted.
(I have tasted many different lots of 15 different tea garden’s tea for this season)
This precious tea was very carefully produced only 7kg on the best weather condition day in Singbulli tea garden.
This is our exclusive tea as we purchase out all 7kg.
This tea has impressive but elegant musk flavor like very pure honey of astragalus.
But not only aroma, this tea has strong body and sweetness which you can feel waves of the taste in different layers with long lasting sweetness.
You can brew this tea in “English Black Tea” style or “Chinese Tea” style either.
If you want enjoy all layer of taste at one time, then “English Black Tea” style to brew.
If you want to feel the difference of the each layer of the taste, then “Chinese Style” to enjoy will be better.
We plan to sell only 2kg for this year and other 5kg will be stored for further fermentation to enhance more sweetness and aroma to make this tea even more valuable.
