天氣好像突然熱起來🏜。
老闆又試拼新茶。
他說在香港經常見到苿莉花配中國茶,卻未見過茉莉配日本茶。可能也是合襯的配搭呢?
收到來自印度喀什米爾高原的茉莉花,香氣濃郁中帶蜜香與點點的奶香﹙!﹚,於是用來拼「#朝宮茶」﹙即最古老的日本茶﹚
嗯,出來的效果不俗,竟然成為了味道 Elegant 的花茶︰可以喝得出茶與花的味道,兩者的香氣不會「打架」,還可以相輔相承呢。
夏日午後喝一壼,可以cool down 一下,還有紓緩的作用呢。

“Jasmine Japanese Tea”
朝宮特上煎茶 Asamiya tea 3g
茉莉花茶 Jasmine 0.7g
攝氏 80 度的 水 ﹙Water@80degree) 120ml
沖泡時間 Brew time 1min
This tea will be very nice to drink in such stuffy ,hot ,dizzy days for relaxation~~~🍵

There are Chinese Jasmine tea everywhere.
However I have never seen “Jasmine Japanese Tea” and I had ever wanted to try how the taste will be .
I got very intensive aroma Jasmine from Kashmir.
So I mixed with very fine Japanese tea, Asamiya tea .
This is so much elegant tea.
Tastes and aroma of each tea and flower are very different but do not disturb each other and very good balance to sustain each other.
After drinking this you may feel deep relaxing .
My recipe of “Jasmine Japanese Tea” is,,,,
Asamiya tea朝宮特上煎茶 3g
Jasmine 0.7g
Water 80degree 120ml
Brew time 1min
