鳳凰單欉 / Phoenix Oolong Tea ﹙Phoenix Dancong)
因緣際會之下，認識了一位潮州鳳凰山古老茶園的第三代負責人。前兩天假期我們到了他家的茶園，試了不知幾許的茶，還參觀了他家的老茶樹，不少都有九十年或以上的歷史，有些更有 120年！
來自潮州的鳳凰單欉，有其獨特的香氣與味道。
一般的鳳凰單欉來自 400米或以上的山上；樹齡有 40年或以上，已經可以稱為「老樹」。
由於老樹是由種子長成樹﹙不是接枝﹚，所以老樹長出來的茶往往有獨特的韻味，如蜜蘭香、薑母香和鴨屎香等等……
我們的鳳凰單欉茶都來自「古樹」﹙樹齡 60-260年﹚，長於半山﹙800-1000米﹚至高山﹙1000-1300米﹚。老樹出來的茶，各有獨特的花香、果香及「山韻」。
Phoenix Oolong is very unique, aromatic tea produced in Chiu Chow.
Tea are grown in Phoenix Mountain altitude 400m or higher.
There are specially high quality tea produced from "old tree" which usually specified from 40 years or elder.
As old tea trees grown from seed, tea got many different "Characters" with very unique aroma such as Honey-Orchid aroma, Ginger Flower aroma or Duck Shit aroma etc,,,
Our phoenix Oolong are from only very old tea tree(60-260 years old) which grown in mid-level(800m-1000m) or high level(1000-1300m).
You may taste the mineral of the old tea tree with surprising aroma like flower or fruits.
